Shadyside Community Partnership Cleanup + Happy Hour
Join the Shadyside Community Partnership (SCP) for a neighborhood cleanup and community happy hour on Saturday, April 11 from 12–4 PM!
The Shadyside Community Partnership is a new community group forming this year to bring neighbors together and help strengthen one of Pittsburgh’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Whether you’ve lived in Shadyside for years or just moved in, this is a great chance to meet neighbors and get involved.
🏡 Neighborhood Cleanup (12–2 PM)
From 12–2 PM, volunteers will help clean some of the major streets throughout Shadyside as we get the neighborhood ready for the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft events happening in Pittsburgh this April. We’re partnering with Allegheny Cleanways, Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful and The Immaculate Collection to organize supplies and make a visible impact.
Cleanup supplies will be provided — just bring comfortable shoes and a willingness to help!
🥑 Community Happy Hour (2–4 PM)
After the cleanup, join us for a casual Happy Hour from 2–4 PM at Buenatarde Tequila y Mezcal on Ellsworth Avenue. Relax, grab a drink, and connect with fellow neighbors who care about Shadyside.
This is a great opportunity to meet the people helping shape the future of the neighborhood and learn how you can get involved with SCP.
How to Participate
Before the event, please:
• RSVP for the event so we know how many to expect
• Complete the volunteer liability waiver (required for cleanup participants and sent prior to event)
