Join Monica Pemberton for a reception celebrating her new book, The ARC Within: Authenticity, Resilience, and Connection for the Leader Inside You. Through personal stories and practical insights, Monica explores how embracing who you are, growing through challenges, and building meaningful relationships can help you discover and develop the leader within.
This celebration brings together friends, family, colleagues, mentors, and readers for an afternoon of stories, conversation, and connection. Enjoy a reading from Monica and a fireside chat with Reggie Henry, who wrote the book’s foreword, moderated by Preeti Vasishtha. An audience Q&A and book signing will follow.
This is a free, invite-only event. Invited attendees are welcome to bring a guest. Please include your guest when you RSVP.
Finger foods and nonalcoholic beverages will be served.

Books and Signing
Copies of The ARC Within will be available for purchase at the event. Advance purchase information will be shared ahead of the celebration.

Parking and Transportation
Free garage parking is available. Park on the second level and use the door on that level for direct access to the floor where the event will take place.
The venue is approximately a five-minute walk from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station.
Photography and Video
A photographer and videographer will be present to capture the celebration. Photos and video may be used in future communications and promotional materials related to Monica and The ARC Within. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please contact Monica before the event.
