steadfast: an exploration of culture and cuisine

​The Cookup presents: steadfast - a 4-course, multicultural, and immersive art exploration of the culture and cuisine of Senegal, Haiti, Ivory Coast and Iran.

​These four countries, while represented in the World Cup hosted by the United States, are also simultaneously on the United States' travel ban. Through this intentional menu and art curation, we will explore, engage, and celebrate what it means to be steadfast.
