​Allen Franke is a key figure and Subject Matter Expert in the Department of the Air Force's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program. For over a decade, he has played a vital role connecting small businesses with the Department, driving innovation and fostering partnerships that benefit both the DAF and its external partners. Specializing in both internal "In-Reach" within the DAF and external "Out-Reach" to small businesses, Mr. Franke is dedicated to facilitating successful SBIR/STTR projects.
