​Building on last year’s success with the first edition of the Women’s Career Conference at HEC Montréal, this year’s experience expands into a hybrid learning journey designed for deeper impact and accessibility.

​The conference will feature a half-day in-person experience focused on meaningful networking and a signature panel discussion. In addition, participants will gain access to a Virtual Lunch & Learn Series (60-minute sessions) held over the following week, where speakers will dive deeper into key topics around the Future of Work for women in the AI economy.

​This expanded format makes the conference exceptionally accessible for anyone joining. You no longer need to commit to a full-day event, yet you will still have access to meaningful connections and networking, an in-person panel, and a follow-up week of conference learning on deeper topics to help you stay engaged and continue growing beyond the event.
