North Bay Climate & Clean Energy Gathering - Utility Accountability
As the year draws to a close, we will gather one more time with the North Bay climate & clean energy community to share stories of our wins and losses, network, and plan for the year ahead.
This month we'll be joined by our neighbor David Pomerantz, the Executive Director of the Energy & Policy Institute (https://energyandpolicy.org/team/david-pomerantz/), which is a national watchdog organization that exposes the harms posed by fossil-fuel and monopoly utility interests to ratepayers, democracy, and the climate.
Daisy Pistey-Lyhne will also share some tidbits about the work being done by PowerLines (www.powerlines.org) to modernize the energy regulatory ecosystem to better serve energy consumers and ratepayers across the country.
