CCI In Conversation: What to Expect at CBD COP17 in Yerevan

​Join us at 1pm on 1 October in the David Attenborough Building’s Main Seminar Room for a forward look to CBD COP17 in Yerevan.

​The theme for CBD COP17 is "Taking Action for Nature", reflecting the urgent need to accelerate action for biodiversity.

​CCI Executive Director Melissa Leach will chair a panel of representatives from Fauna & Flora, UNEP-WCMC, CISL and the University's Conservation Research Institute to discuss what is - and what should be - on the COP17 agenda. With only four years to go until the Global Biodiversity Framework's deadline of 2030, our panel will reflect on progress towards the framework's targets and what should be on the COP17 agenda to help achieve them.
