the gather: end of summer movement & clothing swap
An afternoon to close out summer with Tea Time Gatherings, an intentional, invite-only community for women centered around meaningful connection. We gather substance-free. Sobriety is welcome, not required.
Come spend the afternoon moving together, sharing snacks and bevies, swapping clothes, and making space for connection as we transition into a new season.
Ticket Includes:
Mat pilates class led by our founder, Steph!
Mats provided unless you'd prefer to bring your own.
We recommend wearing something comfortable for Pilates or bringing something easy to change into.
Access to the clothing swap
Bring the pieces sitting in your closet that deserve a new home, browse what others have brought, and leave with something you actually love.
Please only bring clean, gently used clothing and accessories that you'd be excited to pass along.
No pressure to bring anything, you can just take!
Leftover items will be donated, and textiles that can't be swapped will be recycled whenever possible. Nothing goes to waste. We donated 10 bags of clothing and recycled 3 bags of textiles at our Spring swap!
Event Schedule:
2:00pm-2:15pm: arrival
2:15pm-3:00pm: mat pilates class
3:00-3:30pm: snacks + bevies + mingling break
3:30pm-6:00pm: clothing swap co-hosted with Sarah T. + community time
A Few Things to Know:
A $10 contribution reserves your spot and helps cover event costs.
Payment to @meowxsteph on Venmo.
This event is invite-only, and your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can begin promptly at 2:00 PM. The Gather is thoughtfully curated as a complete afternoon experience, and your ticket includes the full program of movement, connection, reflection, and community. We invite guests to join us for the full afternoon rather than attending individual portions.
If you're able and willing to give a little more, any additional contribution will go toward future events and sponsoring spots for women who can't afford to attend. No one should miss out because of cost — if that's you, please reach out and we'll take care of it 🤍
Tea Time Gatherings is not-for-profit, and any funds collected beyond event costs will always be shared openly with the community.
