​チケットのキャンセルは、開催30日前の3/12 (木) まで受け付けます。Lumaでキャンセル後、運営にお問い合わせください。
チケット種別によらず、金額の10%を手数料として差し引いて、返金します。返金されるまでの期間は、決済サービスの規定に準じます。

​領収書
Lumaの決済履歴画面を開き、決済履歴の右側に表示される3点リーダから領収書を作成することができます。領収書の宛名をカスタマイズしたい場合は、Lumaの設定からアカウント名を一時的に変更することで対応可能です。

It includes participation in the conference, workshops, and party. Lunch will not be provided.

​Ticket cancellations are accepted up until 30 days before the event, specifically by Thursday, March 12 (JST). After canceling via Luma, please contact the organizers. No cancellations will be accepted after this deadline.
Regardless of ticket type, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund processing time will depend on the payment service’s policies.

​Receipt
You can create a receipt by opening the Luma payment history page and selecting the menu icon (three dots) displayed on the right side of the payment history. If you want to customize the name on the receipt, you can temporarily change your account name in the Luma settings.
