Inner Worlds, Outer Systems: Exploring what Drives How We Work and Create
We like to think our choices are driven by strategy and logic, and much of what shapes how we work, build, and lead also lies beneath our awareness. Our values, emotions, and assumptions, both conscious and unconscious, quietly influence not only our ventures and teams but also the broader systems of work and innovation we operate within. The question is: how might those systems evolve if we became more aware of what’s driving us?
This will not be a night of introspection for its own sake. Picture instead a room full of curious founders, investors, and builders exploring how our inner landscapes shape the outer systems we create, from company culture to the economy itself. Through guided conversations, we’ll surface the links between self and system and explore what becomes possible when we begin to see the whole more clearly.

About The Circle
This conversation is part of The Circle, a monthly event series hosted by Real Ventures. Each month, we bring together members of the startup community to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on a systemic theme, and learn from the collective wisdom in the room.
