WHAT WE CARRY (Session 1): Intergenerational Trauma
How do the experiences of our Southeast Asian immigrant/ refugee parents, grandparents, and ancestors continue to live within us?
In this session, we’ll explore how experiences of intergenerational trauma including residuals of forced migration, survival, and refugee/immigrant family dynamics can shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others across generations.
Together, we’ll reflect on what we’ve inherited, what we want to hold onto, and what we’re ready to begin releasing.
✨ Guided reflection + psychoeducation

Open to Southeast Asian-identified adults (21+). No prior experience with the SEA Healing Series is required.
