Set within the historic Refectory at the Archbishop’s Curia, this event brings together senior leaders, regulators, and professionals to address the visibility and progression of women in the maritime sector.
The maritime industry is evolving, yet hurdles remain for women aspiring to top-tier roles. This session moves beyond formal presentations to foster an authentic dialogue on leadership pathways, the reality of balancing family responsibilities, and the importance of institutional allyship.
The Programme
The morning will begin with registration and coffee at 08:30, followed by a moderated panel discussion and a collaborative members' roundtable. The session will conclude with dedicated networking time to connect with peers and industry leaders.
