Stanford AI Club is excited to announce that Sequoia Partner Alfred Lin will join us for the first event of our '26-'27 Speaker Series!
Over his 15+ years at Sequoia, Alfred has partnered with founders to build category-defining companies including Airbnb, Citadel Securities, DoorDash, Kalshi, Zipline, and more. He works with companies across various industries, from consumer marketplaces and fintech to robotics and healthcare. Before Sequoia, Alfred helped scale Zappos as Chairman, COO, and CFO through its $1.2B acquisition by Amazon. He holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard and an MS in Statistics from Stanford.
This event will be open only to Stanford students. It will take place at 5:30 p.m. on October 5 on Stanford’s campus.
