Start the year by slowing down and reconnecting with your body. Move with Intention is a 90-minute workshop designed to help you build awareness in movement — to feel each breath, each transition, and each moment on the mat with purpose.
Through a guided yoga flow and journaling reflection, you’ll explore how presence transforms not just your practice, but the way you move through everyday life.
