Performance Art of Play with WOWZA
Come out and play.
Before we learned to control ourselves, fit into roles, or worry about how we appeared, play was one of our most natural ways of being alive.
Performance Art of Play is an interactive embodiment experience designed to reawaken that original freedom. Through breath, voice, movement, feeling, imagination, creative expression, and connection, you’ll explore what becomes possible when you stop being confined by the roles you habitually play.
This is an invitation to become the Artist of your own Being—more spontaneous, expressive, playful, courageous, and fully alive.
What You’ll Experience
WOWZA will guide participants through a playful vocabulary of ecstatic expression, incorporating:
Embodied movement and free-spirited breath
Voice, sound, emotion, and imaginative expression
Creative role-play and spontaneous interaction
Practices for moving beyond limiting or habitual identities
A deeper connection with your playful, expressive intelligence
Rather than trying to perfect a performance, we will explore life itself as a form of living art. By consciously stepping into different roles—and learning to release them—we create greater freedom to be seen, felt, and heard.
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to rediscover the creative aliveness that has been within you all along.
