With over $250B in assets, DAFs are a tax advantaged and highly flexible instrument which can be used to support social and environmental benefit. DAFs can make philanthropic investments in both non-profit and for-profit social impact organizations which, through recoverable grants, are able to return the capital to the fund to be re-deployed – creating a multiplying effect.
