โJoin us for a Saturday breath-based flow!
โA morning yoga flow for everyone ๐ฟ
Together, weโll explore differet breathing techniques while flowing.
โMoving with the breath can calm the nervous system and bring a sense of ease and peace to the body.
โThe class will be around 1h15m long and will be led by Carol.
โAll levels are welcome ๐ค

โโ๐ TIME 10:00 AM โ 11:30 PM (Please arrive 5โ10 mins earlier so we can begin on time).
โWe usually all go for a tea/coffee after class so feel free to hang out after 11:30 with us.

โPLEASE NOTE: In case of rain, we will move to the covered space in the Daan Park MRT.

โyoga mat
โwater
โan eye mask or something to cover your eyes during the final shavasana (optional)
โa journal if you feel inspired to write what comes up (optional)
โa small towel (optional)
