This edition is designed for builders and founders at every stage of their journey: Stellar ecosystem partners, teams coming from HackMeridian, and Lisbon founders from our friends at Unicorn Factory.
Hear from leading marketers on bootstrapping your early stage team, and from a VC on how to navigate your upcoming pitch. Two teams will be invited on stage for our Marketing Roast. The day also features hands on workshops, roundtables with Stellar ecosystem partners on what comes after the hackathon, 1:1 mentor sessions and founder led activations.

Opening Talk and VC Conversation: Hear from masters of their craft on bootstrapping marketing followed by a VC talk on how to land your upcoming pitch
Marketing Roast: Winners from HackMeridian will face off in a Marketing Roast with our experts
Genesis Workshop: For early stage builders. A hands on workshop covering ICP, product market fit and AI tooling, all aimed at bootstrapping your team.
Founder Roundtables: Small group sessions with Stellar ecosystem partners on company building, technical scaling, and accelerators and programs.
1:1 Mentor Sessions: For teams preparing to pitch. Sit down privately with a founder who has raised or an investor, and get an honest read on your pitch. We've had a high number of requests and mentor time is limited, so we'll do our best to fit in as many teams as we can, but we'll need to be selective. Request a session when you register.
Finding Your Narrative: Patrice Jones, founder of My Story Pro, on finding the story only your team can tell.
From Story to Content: Get hands on help turning your narrative into founder led content you can publish across your own channels, and the tools to keep it going.
