​Certify • Automate • Win (CAW) is AIAJ Academy’s hands-on small business readiness experience at Sacramento Tech Week 2026, designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners move from learning about opportunities to becoming better prepared to pursue them.

​CAW brings together business certification, practical artificial intelligence, automation, financial readiness, and government procurement education in one actionable experience.

​Whether you are preparing to launch a business, pursuing California small business certification, exploring government contracting, or trying to use AI more effectively inside an existing company, CAW is designed to help you identify your next move and begin taking action.

​CERTIFY

​Learn how business certifications can create pathways into government contracting and procurement. Participants will receive guidance around California small business certification and other relevant certification and contracting pathways, including preparation for future federal opportunities.

​AUTOMATE

​Learn how to use AI and digital tools to increase business capacity—not simply generate content. We’ll explore practical ways businesses can use AI to support research, administrative work, marketing, documentation, workflow design, opportunity discovery, and repeatable business processes while maintaining human judgment and oversight.

​Certification alone does not win contracts. Businesses also need the operational, financial, and procurement readiness to compete.

​CAW will help participants understand how to identify opportunities, evaluate whether an opportunity fits their business, strengthen their business infrastructure, and prepare for the next steps toward bidding, contracting, and growth.

​This Sacramento Tech Week experience will combine hands-on learning, practical demonstrations, business-resource connections, expert conversations, networking, and actionable next steps.

​Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop and a real business challenge, process, certification question, or opportunity they want to work through.
