Brico Book Circle: Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab
Brico Book Circle
Brico Book Circle is a chance to slow down, connect, and dig into the ideas shaping how we lead, care, and build community. Each session brings together a small group of changemakers to explore one book through conversation, curiosity, and a bit of collective wisdom. No homework vibes and no pressure to finish every page. Just real people, real talk, and space to reflect on the kind of leaders and community builders we’re becoming.
We’ll gather every other month in 2026 to read work from voices who challenge, encourage, and stretch us: from courage and boundaries to emergence, reciprocity, and delight. Come for the ideas. Stay for the connection. Leave a little more grounded than you arrived.

This is the handbook many of us wish we’d received on our first day in the social impact world. Tawwab breaks down boundaries in ways that feel clear, doable, and deeply human — not rigid rules, but healthy practices that help us show up with more clarity and less resentment.
We’ll talk about what gets in the way, how to reset patterns without guilt, and what it looks like to hold your lane in a sector where “just one more thing” is practically a love language.
