Agora Spring Showcase 2026
Come celebrate our 4th pitch event, featuring pitches from top female founders in the DMV!
The Agora Initiative is where female founders in the DMV meet to access capital, community, and connections. Join our community of investors and founders for pitches from our venture challenge finalists, followed by an evening of networking. Doors open at 4:30pm and the program starts at 5pm. We'll have mingling, drinks, and bites before & after the program.
The $10K grant awardee will be selected by our investor committee following the pitches. Tickets are required for entry. If you'd like to contribute to Agora, you can do so here.
Our finalists are:
Merry Walker and Symphony Space, building the missing infrastructure layer for the next space economy.
Kristin Wood at August Interactive, building an AI-powered human performance intelligence platform for gaming — measuring decision quality, stress resilience, and cognitive readiness.
Leah Nurik at Brandi AI, a platform for AI Visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), built for marketers navigating the shift from search engines to generative AI.
We can't wait to bring our community together to watch the pitches from our venture competition finalists (selected from over sixty applicants!) at the Vital Voices Global Embassy for Women.
