Building a Career That Fits You: There Is No Straight Path in Tech
There’s no single roadmap to a successful career in tech. Everyone’s journey looks different, shaped by personal interests, unexpected opportunities, challenges, and changes in direction.
Join us for an interactive and supportive space to reflect on your own career journey, explore the many paths available in the tech industry, and discover what building a career that truly fits you can look like.
Together, we’ll discuss navigating uncertainty, making career choices, learning from unexpected turns, and identifying the strengths, interests, and values that can guide your next steps. Rather than focusing on technical skills, this session is all about sharing experiences, exchanging perspectives, and rethinking what a fulfilling career in tech can mean for you.
Whether you’re just starting out, considering a change, or figuring out your next move, come ready to reflect, connect, and explore your own path forward.
