Together with Radu, we’ll go through 10 portfolios on screen and finally give you the advice you need to get hired.
What companies are looking for right now,
what works,
and what doesn’t.
If you’re a senior or staff product designer, submit your portfolio when you register. You don’t need to give much context. A link is enough.
We might ask you questions during the session, so if you submit, be there.
WHAT WE’LL LOOK AT
→ Whether we can tell in a few seconds what role you’re going after
→ Whether there’s a number, a result or a decision that changed because of you
→ How much of the work we can see, and how much is buried under process
→ Whether your projects look like everyone else’s
→ Whether the page reads senior or staff, or reads mid-level
HOW IT WORKS
→ Register and paste your portfolio link in the form. If it’s password-protected, add the password
→ We pick 10 before the session
→ Live: about four minutes per portfolio, two from each of us
→ Stay on the call. We might ask you something
