Clayton holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
Iliana Quinonez - An accomplished IT Executive, Certified Executive Coach, recognized mentor, and trailblazing Latina in tech, she is dedicated to helping people and organizations accelerate their success. With over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, she has supported global technology companies in building solution engineering teams, creating new products, elevating the voice of the customer, and strengthening customer and partner relationships. Just as importantly, she has guided team members and business partners in achieving their goals and developing both personally and professionally. Today, her mission is to help startups accelerate their growth and to empower high-tech professionals to advance their careers. Exposed to the power of technology early in life through trailblazing family members who were IT leaders in Mexico, she grew up believing deeply in technology’s potential. Over time, she also came to understand that technology is only a tool — one that cannot replace creativity, strategic thinking, or human connection. While passionate about tech, she is even more passionate about people.
