Lake Superior Impact Collective - Mentorship Edition
March into Mentoring Edition
A gathering space for women and non-binary leaders shaping social change in the Twin Ports. Whether you lead a nonprofit, build a social enterprise, or champion community causes, this is a space to connect with others who understand the work and the weight that comes with it.
This March gathering is part of March into Mentoring and will be hosted in collaboration with Mentor North, with special guest host Samantha Smingler.
At Brico, peer mentorship is a core part of how we build leadership and community. This session will explore mentorship at all levels. We’ll reflect on meaningful and challenging mentorship experiences, talk about what good mentorship looks like in practice, and put peer mentorship into action together.
