Turn Your Small Marketing Team Into an AI-Powered Growth Engine.
Build practical AI workflows that help your team create better marketing, move faster, and produce more without adding headcount.
A hands-on, in-person AI workshop for business owners and small marketing teams that want to use Claude to produce better work, move faster, and reduce the pressure on an already overloaded team.
AI Isn’t the Advantage. Knowing How to Use It Is.
But for most teams, it has created more confusion than leverage.
Your team may already be experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
But they are still:
Your team is spending hours prompting instead of producing.
The quality changes depending on who is using the tool
AI-generated content still requires extensive revisions.
Valuable company knowledge is trapped in documents, meetings, and people’s heads.
Every employee is building their own disconnected process.
The problem is not access to AI.
The problem is that most marketing teams have never been taught how to turn AI into a system.
That is what we will build in this workshop.
Introducing the AI Marketing Team Lab
Build Practical Claude Skills Your Team Can Use Immediately
This is not a presentation about the future of AI.
It is a small, hands-on working session where you will learn how to build reusable Claude Skills around the marketing work your company is already doing.
You will leave with systems your team can continue using after the workshop ends.
No endless list of AI tools.
No technical jargon.
No generic prompts.
Develop an AI workflow that helps your team create more demand, generate more opportunities, and move faster—without adding headcount.
Workshop Agenda
9:00–10:15 AM — Positioning and AI Marketing Foundations
Clarify what your company should be known for, who you serve, and what makes your perspective different. Build a practical AI foundation using your positioning, voice, expertise, offers, audience, and brand standards. You’ll also learn where AI should support your team and where human judgment, creativity, and taste still matter.
10:15–10:30 AM — Break
10:30–11:30 AM — Turn Your Expertise Into Content
Capture ideas from meetings, presentations, webinars, customer questions, and internal knowledge. Use Claude Skills to turn one strong idea into multiple assets, including social posts, articles, carousels, emails, and video scripts—without losing your company’s voice.
11:30 AM–12:15 PM — Create Video Content Faster
Develop simple video concepts from your company’s expertise, industry news, customer questions, and existing content. Learn how to create evergreen videos, timely reactions, and clear calls to action that can be repurposed across multiple platforms.
12:15–1:00 PM — Lunch
1:00–1:45 PM — Build Your Brand and Design System
Set up your brand guide, colors, fonts, themes, visual references, and design standards. Use that system to create consistent social posts, carousels, presentations, thumbnails, and other marketing assets faster.
1:45–2:30 PM — Build Your Content Distribution Engine
Create a repeatable process for capturing ideas, developing content, repurposing it into multiple formats, and scheduling it across social media. Determine your content mix, publishing cadence, platforms, and workflow so your message reaches the right audience consistently.
2:30–2:45 PM — Break
2:45–3:00 PM — Connect Distribution to Performance
Connect Claude to your social media data through MCP to create a complete feedback loop. Identify which topics, formats, hooks, and messages generate the most reach and opportunities—then use those insights to improve the next round of content.
You’ll leave with a clear position, a repeatable content and design system, and a distribution engine for getting your company’s message into the world.
Agenda subject to change.

This Workshop Is Designed For
This experience is designed for:
Owners and executives of midsize businesses
Small marketing teams carrying too much responsibility
Marketing leaders trying to increase output without immediately increasing headcount
Businesses already experimenting with AI but lacking a clear system
Teams that want practical implementation rather than another high-level AI presentation
You do not need to be technical.
You do need to be willing to work on your company’s real marketing processes.
This May Not Be For You If
This workshop may not be the right fit if:
You are only looking for a list of new AI tools
You want AI to replace your entire marketing team
You are unwilling to share or examine your existing marketing workflow
You are looking for passive training without hands-on participation
You do not currently have an active business, offer, or marketing function
The room is intentionally small so we can provide meaningful feedback and help each attendee build something relevant.
Why Only 12 Seats?
Most AI events are designed for hundreds of people.
This one is designed around the work of the people in the room.
With only 12 seats, we can:
Review your current marketing process
Answer questions specific to your business
Help you improve the context behind your AI outputs
Give you feedback while you build
Identify where AI can create the greatest immediate leverage
This is closer to a working strategy session than a traditional workshop.
Once the 12 seats are filled, additional applicants will be placed on the waitlist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I bring a laptop?
Yes. This is a hands-on working session. Every participant should bring a laptop and access to their company’s relevant marketing materials.

It may be, provided you have an established business, a marketing budget, and recurring marketing work you want to systematize. The workshop is primarily designed for companies with an active marketing function.

At the end, attendees who want additional support may learn about private corporate training, implementation consulting, and fractional marketing leadership. There is no obligation to continue.
What happens when the event is full?
Once the 12 available seats have been claimed, you may join the waitlist. Waitlisted applicants will be contacted if a seat opens or when the next workshop is announced.
