Liane Hart is the CEO and Co-Founder of Verility, Inc., where she leads innovation in animal health with a focus on reproductive technology and biotech solutions for livestock producers. She has over 30 years of industry experience, designing and leading global product launches, strategy, and business development across multiple animal sectors, while also managing her own Thoroughbred breeding and training operations.
Before founding Verility, Liane spent nearly a decade at Elanco Animal Health, working in clinical research and new product development - experience that helped shape her deep expertise in animal health and set the stage for her entrepreneurial journey. She holds degrees in Animal Science and Breeding & Genetics from Purdue University and frequently shares insights on leadership, innovation, and building purpose-driven businesses.
