You Can't Shield What You Can't Test.
The Invisible Vulnerability in U.S. Space Dominance
A Congressional Briefing & Reception hosted in coordination with Rep. John Carter (TX-31).
Join Melagen Labs and the Office of Rep. John Carter (TX-31), House Appropriations Committee, for a briefing on a critical and often-overlooked gap in U.S. space resilience: the nation's capacity to test how space hardware withstands radiation. As space becomes increasingly central to national security and commercial infrastructure, the ability to validate radiation survivability is essential — and currently constrained.

About Muhammad Hunain & Melagen Labs
Muhammad Hunain is the Founder & CEO of Melagen Labs, an emerging aerospace startup building a full-stack radiation protection ecosystem for space. Melagen's platform spans radiation analysis, shielding design and materials, radiation testing, and monitoring — giving spacecraft developers the tools to understand and survive the radiation environment of orbit and beyond. The company is establishing a cobalt-60 radiation testing facility in Taylor, Texas, expanding independent, commercial-scale testing capacity for the U.S. aerospace and national-security sectors.
