Whiteboard
Whiteboard is an in-person seminar hosted by The Engine and designed to support faculty and principal investigators (PIs) as they explore pathways for translating research into real-world impact through Tough Tech ventures.
Through guided discussions, practical frameworks, and shared experiences, participants engage with the core components required to move breakthrough science beyond the lab. The program focuses on how different forms of capital, intellectual, human, and financial, interact over time, and how faculty and PIs can thoughtfully navigate their role in that process.
Led by The Engine team alongside experienced operators and domain experts, the program includes structured sessions as well as informal opportunities to connect with peers.
