About Event

👩🏻‍🎨 Join us for an autumn-inspired fused glass workshop where you’ll create a one-of-a-kind plate or a cozy night light! Kick off your fall with this warm and creative gathering, and dive into the colorful world of fused glass (all pieces are 100% food safe, dishwasher safe, and designed to stay vibrant for years to come). Check out design inspiration here!

🍂 In this hands-on workshop, you’ll 🍂

  • Learn the basics of fused glass

  • Choose between a large night light (almost double the size of the plate + light base included) or a small treat plate

  • Arrange your own color palette and design

  • Experiment with glass powders, stringers, and frit to create texture and pattern

  • Craft a vibrant, functional, and decorative piece

Fused glass is a unique art form where colorful layers of glass are carefully arranged, decorated, and kiln-fired (similar to ceramics) until they melt into one polished piece ✨ Once finished, your dish is not only beautiful but fully functional and food safe. Whether you’re a beginner or craving a creative outlet, this workshop is an inviting way to try something new and leave with a handmade heirloom you’ll treasure.

☺️ Expect cozy vibes with one-on-one guidance from an experienced instructor, time to explore this exciting medium, and of course—a sweet treat or two 🍪 All tools, materials, and kiln firing are included. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup or shipping about one week after class.

Seats and supplies are limited for this special workshop! This is our main fused glass event of the season, as our friends from Glass Wonderland will be off on other creative adventures later this fall.
