​As the cost of building approaches zero, the cost of building the wrong thing does not.

​We are makers of products. Founders, leaders, product managers, designers, engineers, marketers — and the agents that increasingly build with us. The responsibility of making belongs to everyone whose decisions shape what a customer encounters — not just those whose job it is to build.

​AI is not merely changing the conditions of our work. It is reconfiguring the operating model — how we communicate, make decisions, what we build, at what speed, and with what consequences.

​It is also bringing disciplines closer together — creating real opportunities for makers to work with greater autonomy and range. The value of distinct expertise and the perspectives it brings does not diminish with that; if anything, it matters more. The capacity that lets us do more faster also means mistakes can scale faster.

​We are custodians of the experiences our products create. Ethics, trust, and consequence are not external to that craft — they sit inside every decision we make.
