​Something significant is happening for women in Canada right now. The infrastructure, the capital, and the cultural attention have aligned in a way they haven't before. Sports proved it first. Last year, AFC Toronto launched as a founding club in the Northern Super League and finished its inaugural season as regular season champions. This year, Toronto Tempo arrives as the first WNBA team outside the United States.

​The same shift is happening in tech. AI is creating entire categories of work that didn't exist 24 months ago, and the organizations leading that transformation are actively looking for the women who can run point on it. Capital is moving toward leaders who understand both the technology and the moment they're in.
