Abstract
As LLM adoption grew at DoorDash, teams duplicated infrastructure and made inconsistent design choices, slowing development. This talk explores how a centralized GenAI platform—featuring an LLM Gateway, Batch Inference system, and Agentic tooling—unlocked engineering velocity, improved reliability, and balanced standardization with team autonomy.
