

YOGA | Vinyasa Flow by the Sea
Unwind by the sea with a 60 minute vinyasa flow designed to release the day and bring you back into your body.
We’ll begin with grounding and intention setting, move through a warm up, dynamic flow, and close with an extended savasana to fully relax and reset.
Expect a practice that builds strength and heat, while creating space to slow down, let go, and reconnect.
I will offer many variations so the class is open to all levels!
After class, stay a while. Watch the sunset, meet new people, and ease into the evening together.
Bring water, a yoga mat or beach towel, and an open mind :)
Please arrive 15 minutes early so the class can start on time.

This session will be taught in English by Mariah (one of our founders) who got her yoga teacher certification in India earlier this year and is so excited to share this practice with you!
