Open Model Founder & Researcher Private Dinner @SGLang Summit
Open Model Founder & Researcher Private Dinner Hosted by Inco AI during SGLang Summit
Open models like Kimi, GLM, and MiniMax are powering real products, but running them well in production brings its own challenges: latency, cost, long-context agent workloads, and keeping up with each new release.
Inco is bringing together a small group of founders and researchers building on open models and researchers making inference faster and more efficient. Over dinner, we’ll share practical experiences, explore real production challenges, and connect research with what teams need in practice.
Our co-founder Zhijian Liu created DFlash, a parallel drafter for speculative decoding, and our team has advanced that work with DFlash 2.
Agenda:
6:30–7:00 PM: Reception
7:00–8:30 PM: Sit-down dinner and discussion of real-world inference challenges, moderated by the Inco team
8:30–9:30 PM: Mingling and networking
Expect candid, off-the-record conversation about what’s working, what’s breaking, and where open-model inference goes next. Seats are limited, with a curated guest list to encourage thoughtful conversations and meaningful connections.
