The Design Exchange: A NJ & NY Design Meetup
Career Designers Meet Up: Share, Learn, Grow
Think of it as designer therapy—but with better networking. We welcome career designers of all levels and backgrounds to come share, learn, and grow from one another.
What Makes This Different
Real Talk: Guided discussions about the stuff we actually struggle with—imposter syndrome, career pivots, difficult feedback, salary negotiations, and more!
IRL Connections: Our members consistently find mentors, collaborators, and genuine friendships through our community
Supportive Community: Experience the Designed Minds approach to peer learning, where everyone's growth matters
Who Should Come
Designers and product professionals ready for honest career conversations
Anyone craving a supportive community that extends beyond a single event
People looking to both give and receive meaningful career advice
* Snacks & drinks provided but feel free to bring your own as well!
New to Designed Minds? This event is your chance to experience our community firsthand and see if it's the supportive space you've been looking for.
