Berlin Sustainability Leader Meetup (TSC Event)
The Sustainability Circle (TSC) invites you to Berlin on Wednesday 2 December for an evening gathering of sustainability leaders at Erchy’s Eatery in Prenzlauer Berg.
The evening is hosted by Friederike Thyssen and Benjamin Walde, co-leads of the TSC Berlin chapter.
It’s a year-end get-together and it’s deliberately informal. With changing rules and tight budgets, leading sustainability inside a company can feel isolating when few people around you understand the job. The point of the evening is to get into a room with people who understand, and to shape what the Berlin chapter actually becomes.

What to expect
An open conversation about what you’d want from a Berlin chapter: the format, the rhythm, the topics worth the time.
Direct dialogue with local peers working through a similar reality.
A look at what’s coming across the wider network, including the masterclass series being built around topics members put forward.
No presentations and no agenda to sit through. The evening runs as a conversation.
Who it’s for
This is for people working in sustainability inside companies, whether or not you’ve been part of TSC before. If someone in your network would fit, bring them or send us their name.
To protect candid dialogue, commercial service providers, consultants, software vendors and agencies are excluded, and discussions are held under Chatham House rules.

TSC is a community built for sustainability leaders. Having run digital circles since 2024, TSC gives people working on this a confidential space to think through hard problems and support one another.
What began as online and centralised gatherings now runs as peer-led city chapters, by members for members. Each chapter sets its own agenda. Copenhagen and Stockholm are already running, Berlin and Hamburg are launching now, with Zurich to follow.
