​Tech Talent Connect — Powered by Miami Tech Works is a high-impact recruiting event that connects early-career talent directly with leading employers. Through a dynamic mix of employer-led insights, career preparation workshops, meaningful networking and conversations, and Talent Match Sessions, participants gain the tools, confidence, and direct employer access needed to move from classroom learning to career opportunities. Together, we are building South Florida's next generation of professionals.
