Tech Talent Connect — Powered by Miami Tech Works is a high-impact recruiting event that connects early-career talent directly with leading employers. Through a dynamic mix of employer-led insights, career preparation workshops, meaningful networking and conversations, and Talent Match Sessions, participants gain the tools, confidence, and direct employer access needed to move from classroom learning to career opportunities. Together, we are building South Florida's next generation of professionals.

🔹Here’s how the day unfolds:
The day is designed around two focused sessions
Morning (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM):
This time, including Opening Remarks, the Panel Discussion, and Career Prep Workshops, is dedicated exclusively to early-career talent (students and recent graduates).
Afternoon (12:30 PM – 4:00 PM):
Early-career talent (students and recent graduates) join employers starting at 12:30 PM for Lunch & Networking, followed by structured Talent Match Sessions at 1:05 PM.
Talent Match Sessions
These are intentional, interview-style conversations between employers and pre-identified job-ready candidates.
By attending the event, you’ll have the chance to be selected — based on recommendations from faculty, advisors, or mentors — to participate in one-on-one, interview-style conversations with hiring employers, and the opportunity to position yourself for future roles.
No matter what, you’ll walk away with meaningful connections, clearer hiring expectations, and practical preparation to support your next career step.
