Tech Talent Connect — Powered by Miami Tech Works is a high-impact recruiting event that connects early-career talent directly with community members across South Florida who are hiring for tech and tech-related roles. Through a dynamic mix of employer insights, career preparation workshops, meaningful networking, and Talent Match Sessions, participants gain the tools, confidence, and direct access needed to move from classroom learning to career opportunities. Together, we are building South Florida's next generation of professionals.

🔹Here’s how the day unfolds:
The day is designed around two focused sessions
Morning (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM):
This time, including Opening Remarks, the Panel Discussion, and Career Prep Workshops, is dedicated exclusively to early-career talent.
Afternoon (12:30 PM – 4:00 PM):
Early-career talent are joined by community members starting at 12:30 PM for Lunch & Networking, followed by structured Talent Match Sessions at 1:05 PM.
During this time, participants will also take part in a Fireside Chat + Q&A. In this conversation, participants will hear from a corporate leader about how companies identify and evaluate early-career talent, and gain insights on how they can position themselves for opportunities in today’s evolving workforce.
Talent Match Sessions
These are intentional, interview-style conversations between community members who are hiring and pre-identified job-ready talent. By attending the event, you may be selected to participate in one-on-one conversations with hiring community members, offering an opportunity to showcase your skills and position yourself for current or future roles.
No matter what, you will walk away with meaningful connections, clearer hiring expectations, and practical preparation to support your next career step.
