Sake After Dark: An AI Salon | AI In Everyday Life
An intimate evening of sake, AI, and increasingly unfiltered opinions.
PetaniAI and Tanya Aggarwal are bringing together a small group of people building, investing in, researching, and thinking about AI for a salon-style conversation over sake.
The topic for the night is “AI in everyday life.”
We’ve seen the coding agents. We’ve seen the benchmark scores. We’ve seen the demos.
But how does any of this actually show up in real life?
What changes when AI moves beyond the screen and starts affecting how we work, make decisions, communicate, create, learn, and live?
We’ll begin with an introduction to sake from the bar, followed by a guided tasting and sake flight. From there, we’ll open up the room for a conversation around where AI is already showing up in everyday life, where the impact feels real, and where the hype is still ahead of reality.
After a few glasses, we’ll end with Tipsy Hot Takes, where everyone gets the floor to share their most unfiltered take of the night.
We’re deliberately keeping this to just 15 people. The idea is to make the room small enough that everyone actually gets to meet each other, join the conversation, make new friends, and leave with meaningful interactions — not just another night of LinkedIn QR code surfing across a crowded room.
Attendance Notes
The first sake flight is fully sponsored by PetaniAI.
To help prevent no-shows, we’ll collect a refundable $50 deposit, which will be returned to you after you attend the event.
