About Event

This meditation-based attachment workshop offers a grounded way to let go of past baggage, build inner resources, and orient toward the future with clarity and ease.

We will begin with a forgiveness meditation designed to help us process old hurt, including self-blame and relational pain, so that the past no longer weighs on the present.

Next, we'll work with the Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) Protocol, to bring security to our relationships with ourselves and others, cultivate a felt sense of safety, and foster a sense of unconditional self-worth.

Finally, we'll move into a Best Self meditation, to help us let go of impulsive, self-sabotaging patterns and build a sense of balanced enthusiasm as we engage with life this coming year and beyond.

Each meditation will be presented in the context of how to use these practices for continued self-development. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

No meditation experience is expected or required. The session will be recorded and made available to registered participants, whether or not you're able to attend live.

Evan Leed was inspired to help others after making his own journey from disorganized to secure attachment. He was authorized to teach on meditation and attachment by George Haas, founder of Mettagroup, with whom he has maintained an active mentoring relationship for seven years. He trained in the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol and Three Pillars model of attachment repair for two years under the methodology's co-creator, the late Dr. Daniel P. Brown. His work centers around helping his clients come into greater security, resolve attachment wounds and traumas, and experience a deeper sense of meaning in individual pursuits and relationships. He has maintained a daily meditation practice for over seventeen years and has spent over nine months on intensive retreat, in various Theravada and Vajrayana traditions.
