Tech Leaders' Forum - Giving and receiving feedback - with or without AI
About the Tech Leaders' Forum
Tech Leaders’ Forum is an in-person English-language meetup series for modern Tech Leaders navigating complex leadership and engineering challenges. Instead of slide decks and keynote talks, we host moderated panel discussions with active audience participation, focusing on real-world situations, challenges, and lessons.
Attendance is intentionally limited to create a trusted, intimate environment where honest conversations and a meaningful exchange of experience can happen. This is not a conference, but a professional community for tech leaders who don’t want to face leadership challenges alone.
Topic: Giving and receiving feedback - with or without AI
Feedback is one of the most powerful leadership tools, yet many of us were never really taught how to use it well. As AI becomes part of our daily work, it can be tempting to outsource feedback giving to the machine.
On the other hand, LLMs are radically improving and becoming reasonably good in areas that were considered taboo before.
Where can AI genuinely help us prepare, structure, or reflect on feedback, and what areas should a human single-handedly own despite technological advancements?
We'll also explore why positive feedback is so often overlooked, despite being one of the most efficient ways to strengthen teams and motivate individuals.
Join us for an honest conversation about giving feedback that can make a difference.
