About Event

Inspired by a high-level convening in Los Angeles, this session explores the collision of the cosmos and the camera. While NASA’s Artemis missions and high-profile private launches have recaptured the public imagination, the "New Space" era is quietly shifting the frontier. We are moving beyond the era of "billionaires and boosters" into a reality defined by orbital software, extraterrestrial manufacturing, and sustainable habitats.

As we transition from science fiction to the lived experience of interplanetary civilization, the industry faces a critical challenge: How do we narrate a future that is no longer speculative?

The Conversation This panel examines the shifting dynamics between Hollywood and the space sector, focusing on how storytelling must evolve to meet the complexity of modern exploration. From the cultural impact of hits like Project Hail Mary to the branding of orbital mining, we will discuss the essential role of entertainment in fostering public engagement and defining the culture of our multi-planetary future.
