​🔹Support projects in fermentation process development, microbial system scale‑up, and pilot‑scale bioprocess validation.

​🔹Collaborate on the evaluation of alternative or mixed feedstocks and downstream processing to refine high‑value ingredients.

​🔹Engage with teams working in cellular agriculture, precision fermentation, alternative proteins, specialty biochemicals, and novel bio‑ingredients.

​Prem Das, Research Associate, specializing in mass-spectrometry-based plant proteomics within the Future Agri-food Science and Technologies  team in Saskatoon, and

​Devendra Dusane, Research Officer and Team Lead, shaping the direction for industrial biotechnology, client-focused research and innovation within the ACRD’s Microbial Biotechnology team in Charlottetown.
