​Most founders jump straight from having an idea to building it. This workshop teaches the first steps. In 30 minutes, you'll learn a simple four-step process: figure out who your users are, define the problem you're actually solving, decide what the experience should look like, and know how to test if your idea works. You'll leave with a playbook you can use for your current idea and every idea after it. Whether you're just starting out or you've built things before, this session gives you a clear path forward before you invest your time and energy.
