Climate Needs YOUR Skills
Not sure where your experience fits in the climate economy? This session will help you find your path.
The climate economy needs people with every kind of background, yet many people struggle to see where their own experience fits. Drawing on the unlikely paths that led him from The Lazy Environmentalist to GoodGuide, Amazon, Plantd, and Supercool, Josh Dorfman will explore how skills accumulate across a career and become valuable in unexpected places.
Through stories and live audience participation, he’ll help attendees recognize what they already bring, research where it could matter, and translate their experience for the companies they want to join.
You'll leave with a practical way to start, even if you can't yet see the perfect job.
