How to Price, Package, and Position Your Revenue for Maximum Value
Not all revenue is created equal. How you price your product, package your offering, and position your revenue model directly impacts how VCs, banks, and acquirers value your business. This panel brings together a VC, a commercial banker, a multi-exit founder/operator, and a revenue leader who's scaled multiple startups from 0 to $20M+ ARR to break down what makes revenue more valuable and how to build it that way from the start.
Founders will leave knowing how to structure revenue that attracts the right capital, the pricing and packaging mistakes that quietly kill your valuation, how to align pricing/packaging decisions with customers, and whether building to exit or building to own is the right move for your business and long-term goals.
