2. Register as an Employer
Ready to hire through trusted referrals? We will walk you through how to start hiring on Propel, post your open roles, and review Changemaker profiles for high signal candidates. Use referrals as your primary hiring channel and meet people who come highly recommended by trusted sources.
The Cost: 200 dollars per listing monthly.
The Success Fee: 15 percent placement fee paid only when you make a hire.

3. Register as a Referrer or Organizer
You already make introductions. Here, you get paid when they lead to a hire. Submit candidates you have worked with, explain why they are a great fit, and earn a commission when they get hired. In this session, you will learn exactly how to submit referrals and employer leads through our organizer pipeline.
Your Incentives: You earn 10 percent from the employer side and 5 percent from the candidate side upon a successful hire.
