Reflections & Resets: A Virtual Networking Hour for Women in Tech
As we wrap up another wild year in tech, let’s take a moment to pause, reflect, and connect. Whether this year felt like a breakthrough, a burnout recovery, or a mix of both—you’ve made it through. And that’s worth celebrating.
This virtual networking hour is your space to share what you’ve learned, what you’re proud of, and what you’re ready to leave behind. You’ll connect with other women in tech who are reflecting on their own wins, pivots, challenges, and lessons.
💬 In our breakout rooms, we’ll talk about:
-The proudest moments and hardest lessons of this year
-What balance, success, or joy looked like in 2025
-What you’re carrying forward into the new year (and what you’re not)
We’ll celebrate how far you’ve come, and help you reset for whatever’s next. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just bring your authentic self, your stories, and your curiosity. We’ll handle the icebreakers and breakout rooms for you.
Just like our previous virtual networking events, we’ll meet on Zoom and match you into 1:1 breakout rooms for quick, meaningful chats with fellow Tech Ladies in similar situations. We'll aim for 3-4 breakout groups lasting 10 minutes each.

Speaker Information: Kelly Jamison (she/her)
Kelly is a Career Coach and hiring specialist with over 15 years of experience and a background in mental health counseling. Passionate about the crucial link between vocational fulfillment and overall wellness, she excels at guiding individuals through career transitions.
In her role at Tech Ladies, Kelly is dedicated to creating a positive member experience. Leveraging her coaching skills, she actively supports members in their job searches and plays a key role in fostering a thriving community within Tech Ladies.
