Leading From the Inside Out: Reframing Resilience
As we head towards the end of the year, it can start to feel like everything is speeding up; projects to wrap, goals to hit, performance reviews to complete, people to support, and energy that is beginning to run on empty.
This Leading From the Inside Out session is your invitation to pause before the pre-holiday sprint, to reflect on how you are leading yourself as well as your team, and to reset for the final stretch of the year (and the year ahead!).
In this interactive workshop, we will explore how to lead from the inside out by strengthening resilience as a core leadership capability.
Together, we will reframe resilience, not as bouncing back or pushing through, but as the practice of leading yourself and others intentionally and sustainably through change, challenge, and pressure.
The good news? Despite what some might think, resilience isn’t a fixed trait, it’s a skill you can develop and refine over time.
